Terrametrics helps attract tenants who not only want the latest in Green Building technology, but also want office space consistent with their image of social responsibility and forward thinking. Terrametrics reduces the cost of buildings by reducing the amount of energy and natural resources consumed, and by creating healthful workplaces that result in improved productivity.

Terrametrics has developed conceptual frameworks and models for The World Bank to predict the impacts of climate change on investments in poverty reduction. Terrametrics has also developed models that integrate human responses to environmental change with socio-economic variables, thus allowing for the prediction and proactive mitigation of factors that lead to vulnerability and conflict.

Insurance companies, reinsurance companies, and the catastrophe bond industry gain market advantage by accurately pricing risk.
